Oklahoma Wildlife Biologists

Haley Lockard (Farm Bill Range and Wildlife Conservationist)

Haley Lockard provides conservation assistance to ranchers, producers, and private landowners in the state’s northwest region to directly benefit the lesser prairie chicken, quail, and other wildlife species in the short and mixed grass prairies of the Sooner State.  Additionally, she provides assistance to the Oklahoma Land Access Program and joint habitat improvement initiatives.

Dustin Lamoreaux (Coordinating Wildlife Biologist)

Dustin Lamoreaux serves as a Coordinating Biologist providing biological/wildlife technical assistance for USDA, Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation (ODWC), Pheasants Forever Inc. and Quail Forever and other local partners.  He delivers conservation technical assistance to farmers, ranchers, and other landowners primarily interested in habitat for Monarch Butterfly, pollinators and other identified species of concern.  Primary job duties are to promote the Monarch-Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) throughout the state of Oklahoma through various media outlets, landowner workshops, and partner meetings.  Also, coordinate the implementation and application of the Monarch-RCPP program within Oklahoma and utilize conservation programs and practices available within the Monarch-RCPP (Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP)) in cooperation with NRCS District Conservationists, ODWC and other partners. 

Texas Wildlife Biologists

Role: Serve in partnership with NRCS, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and others to deliver habitat related services to landowners, farmers and ranchers.
